Hotel management consulting service & setting-up signing ceremony between Century Technology Trading Joint Stock Company and Viet Orient Hospitality on January 30th was took place at Sai Gon Ha Long Hotel, Quang Ninh.

 

According to the cooperation agreement, Viet Orient Hospitality officially became Consultant, Setting-up partner for Century Hotel Halong. At the event, the two companies signed a cooperation agreement contract relating Technical Consultancy Services in hotel building, utilities functional development, set-up and training, hotel management service consulting after pre-opening period so that the hotel will be recommended and appreciated by its services and professionalism offering to the customers.
 

 

Century Ha Long Hotel

 

Talked  at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Quang, CEO of Viet Orient Hospitality - Consultant, Set-up Century Hotel Halong said: “At the end of 2018, 2 typical hotels at tourist destination in Vietnam, have been successful consulted, set up and managed by Viet Orient Hospitality. Ha Long New Day, a 3 star hotel, opened to guests from September and Pistachio Hotel Sapa, 4-star hotel opened in November 2018.  In 2019, the orientation of the company not only focuses on developing the field of Consulting, Setting-up hotels - resorts but also strengthens the cooperation of hotel management on the basis of mutual benefits and profit sharing with the owner. This is a new field that will thrive when the hotel projects are strongly invested on the basis of self-operation but due to the quick development, there is a shortage of human resources to serve and added by fierce competitiveness. Therefore, those hotels need the professional and basical management skill to overcome and leading hotels to the success.

To meet the development of Ha Long, Quang Ninh’s tourism, Century Trading Technology Joint Stock Company had decided to invest to this area after making reseach and surveying in Tuan Chau Island. This is the first project of Century Trading Technology Joint Stock Company in hotels – resorts field in Vietnam.

Century Hotel Halong is going to be opened in June 2019 with 50 rooms in neoclassical style with other services such as meeting room, restaurant, bar in 7th floor furnished and equipped as the standard from Vietnam Administration of Tourism’s criteria.
